Refund Policy 

You may return your item for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for 14 days from the date the item is purchased, subject to the terms and conditions below.

No returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days from the purchase!  All Pre Order and SALE items are NOT eligible for a return or exchange!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be tagged, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping

Please do not return an item to us until after you have contacted us at shopsouthernrose@yahoo.com and have received a reply.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance! We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please email shopsouthernrose@yahoo.com with a picture of the damage and your order number. We will contact you with further instruction!
