All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the original date and time of order.

Shipping time usually takes about 2-5 business days.

Shipping is $6 for orders under $100 and FREE for orders over $100.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do have a few recomendations to help track down your package.

-confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

-visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where your package was dropped off.

-check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped of next door.

You may return your item for a store credit or exchange for 30 days from the date the item is purchased, subject to the terms and conditions below. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days from the purchase! Please contact shopsouthernrose@yahoo.com for information about returning or exchanging your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be tagged, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance! We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.
